Where should I look for a villa with some outdoor space in D

I've been working remotely for years, and now I'm seriously considering moving to Dubai full time. I have two large dogs, so an apartment isn't really practical for me, and I'd rather have a house with a yard where they can spend some time outside. I don't need to be right in the center, but I also don't want to end up somewhere completely isolated. Which areas have villas, some greenery, and decent access to the rest of the city? And where do people usually browse properties like that?

With two dogs, I'd pay almost as much attention to what's outside the front gate as to the house itself. A huge yard won't help much if every walk starts on a busy road with nowhere pleasant to go. The Springs and Jumeirah Park would both be on my list because you get villa communities with quieter streets and more open space around them. I'd also look at Dubai Hills if you want newer surroundings and don't mind paying more.

People usually notice the house first, but after a few months it's the small everyday things around it that start to matter. A quiet street, a grocery store nearby, and not having to sit in traffic every time you go somewhere can make a big difference. Once you've got two or three areas in mind, see what kind of homes are actually available there. Villas in Dubai are listed here . Look through a few neighborhoods and compare what falls within your budget. You may find a part of the city that suits you better than the places you originally had in mind.
